Attention Fairfax Resident’s and Business Owners:
The Village of Fairfax has implemented a new Emergency Notification System in an effort to transmit critical and community information to you. If you wish to participate click here and follow the directions at the bottom of the form. Resident’s that are currently on the old system can now add additional numbers to be called, just fill out the new form and return.
Once completed you can mail the form to the Fairfax Police Department, Att: Chief Jeffrey W. Bronson 5903 Hawthorne Ave, Fairfax Ohio 45227, drop it off at the police station, or email it to Chief Bronson .
